Prepare ingredients. (One beibei pumpkin, 1 bowl of rice, peas, corn, sausage, salt, and olive oil.) Clean the casserole, dry it with a clean rag and set aside. -

Wash and dry the pumpkin. -

Make a small hole in the top of the pumpkin and remove the inner flesh. -

Add diced sausage to rice, peas, corn, a little salt and olive oil and mix well. -

Put tinfoil inside the casserole, and spread the tinfoil crosswise on the tinfoil ball. The purpose of this is to prevent the casserole from getting dirty. -

You can put a small stainless steel grilling net in the casserole to insulate it, or use tin foil to make small balls and put them in. Then add the wrapped pumpkin. -
